Establishing a start & end point in a circle

I need to measure a portion of a circle but I do not see in the definition window any place where to input the start and end angle.
I am new to VDMIS, my previous experience was with MM4 and Geopack, VDMIS seems very nice and friendly user software so I believe it should has the possibility to define portion of the circle.

If you want to use the start and end angle just measure the ARC which allows you to input the start and end angle.
Any circumference less than 360 degrees is Arc not circle.

You could calculate the individual points manually, then add them to the circle measurement code. That way you would have complete control of the start and stop points, control the amount of points, skip an area in a circle if needed. The possiblities are nearly endless. It takes a little more time to write points manually, but the benefits are well worth it.
